Jan 29, 2007: More on my hamstring...

OK, I think I'm ready to start my power training. The only apprehension is that I went out and did a hard ride all the way to the top of Alpine, up to where you turn left to go up Jaoquine. By the time I was on the last 1/3 segment - where it starts to get steep, I could feel my hamstring starting to hurt. After I slowed down, it started feeling much better and I haven't felt it since. I think it is just the residual effects of the injury but the real healing is behind me and I am going to declare my hamstring ready for power workouts!
